    We're paying $179+ for total tech memberships yearly and they're taking away services like free installation and adding $50 service fees on returns on products. Shouldn't we pay reduced membership fees if we're getting stuff taken away? And best buy wonders why brick and mortar is dying

    Samsung fridge just over a year old and i am a best buy total member so I should have repairs covered. I paid the 99 dollar fee to have repair man come out. However repair man came 3 times and i still have a leak in icemaker. So i was told i have to call Samsung directly and pay for repairs out of pocket.
