Smart, reliable, easy to configure Samsung Watch

Easy to sync with the health app. Easy to configure. The watch band is a bit stiff for smaller wrists, but there are plenty of available third party options. Love the Samsung Brand!

Huge pain

No way to track the status of the replacement parts and never get notified when they’re in. It takes months to replace certain items. Some times the replacement order gets lost and never completes. Several trips to store.

Good for thin hair

Total tech protection

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was told when I bought my watch about 18 month ago that as long as I got the total tech protection plan if anything happens in the first 24 months I can come back and get my money back or get it replaced, no questions asked. The screen broke and I went to them to repair/replace/ or get my money back. They said sorry we don't work on Galaxy watches and we don't stock them anymore. And when I asked for a refund they said it will only be $45. The watch cost me new $350. When I asked what is going on, why am I only getting $45. They said it's rated at what the item is valued at the time of the return. Don't be scammed, read the 1 start review they tell the truth about this plan. It only applies to very select products and even then it's not worth it. Save your money. 1 Star is to high for how poor this plan is.
