    I had high hopes, Shark has always been a good brand but their technology is going downhill. I got a new phone, my Robot could not connect through the app. Followed directions to delete it and add it back - now it's stuck trying to configure. Oh, and their customer service line - ZERO help.

    Be aware as Best buy employees are not truthful on how this warranty works. I had a problem with trying to return an item. This costs a lot of money for best buy not to be truthful. I am very disappointed with Best Buy.

    This protection plan has saved me money. I bought several electronics gifts and a Nest thermostat. The Geek Squad installed the thermostat and has helped me set up the 2 computers and iPad for my grandchildren. They also helped me transfer my data from one computer to another. Excellent polite staff.

    WHEN I WAS FIRST TOLD ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY I WAS NOT TOLD THAT IT WAS MONTHLY PAYMENTS, BY THE ASSOCIATE, THAT SOLD IT TO ME. I would have NEVER purchased this if I knew it was monthly payment, It's not worth monthly payments, I truly do not buy many items from, Best Buy not enough for me to have a monthly payment. SO BE CAREFUL!

    This is a well made watch with great watch faces and good battery life HOWEVER if you want to monitor your blood oxygen level it's performance is poor to terrible. The watch will not function properly unless you first take it off and wipe off the sensor and your skin under the sensor. I do NOT recommend spending the money for this watch.

    Don’t like that my items I have paid for expire in 2 years. Then some items you have to pay a deductible. Now I have 400.00 gaming headset that the doesn’t work but warranty expired in August of this year. But I pay for the coverage.

    This is my second one. GE told me on the first one, which was less than 18 months old that they could offer a discount on a replacement but there are not service techs. This one was purchased on March 2, 2024 and stopped working. GE does not repair these. I have to make an audio of the noise it's making, take a photo of the back of the machine, furnish proof of purchase and file a claim with GE. Once the claim is approved, they will send me a pre-paid return lable for me to ship it back. Once received they will replace the machine. If I want a refund, I have to try to get it from Best Buyl

    Wish we still had the option to at least purchase traditional GSP, as for some items it is more worth it than others. Best Buy plz give us total tech members the option to CHOOSE what protection we want.

    Sound quality is good. But the quality of the materials is certainly lacking. My 20yo has to be extra delicate when putting them on and forget about wearing them around your neck... snap

    This review is for the total tech care that I paid for for a year. I was under the impression that it covered everything and that if I needed somebody to come out to my house after purchasing expensive merchandise that they would come out at no charge because that’s what I was paying for under the total tech program but I found out recently after buying a new computer and printer that they wanted over $300 to bring it out and set it up for me, I was truly disappointed because I was learned in by this program that it would include these types of things and it didn’t so when it’s time to renew it, I will not renew it. Other people have told me the same thing and I asked somebody at Best Buy and they said they change that about a year ago. Well I had no idea because when I bought it, the guy told me that it included all of these things and it’s not true .

    Very disappointed in this device. The battery life is not acceptable and not as advertised. I can rarely finish vacuuming one area before it dies. It takes me a full day just to get my house vacuumed as I have to continually recharge. I'll be buying a corded model of a different brand!

    Never notified about expiration of protection, Most on line help thru chat takes sometimes up to 1 hr and the issue is not resolved. When I bought the protection plan I thought it was for ALL electronics purchased even those not at best buy, now I'm told there is only a 20 % discount on the charge. I believe I was miss led. I just have to get in writing any commit for services I purchase

    When Best Buy service work (online purchases and delivery) it’s great, but when there is a hiccup outside of the perfect scenario, it can be a horrible experience Placed an online order for JBL party box 310 (open box) it was to be shipped to my home, my expectation is for it to be notified of shipping and delivery date, after two days I decided to check the app for status, order showed cancelled. Apparently it was assigned to Roadie delivery service and it was cancelled stating it was delivered, but I never got the speaker. I called customer service who sent me to Roadie, Roadie sent me back to customer service who told me to go to the store it was shipping from and talk to a person there (store is almost 30 miles away) when I try to contact the store, I get routed to customer service. So finally I just told them to cancel the order, even then, multiple agent are not able to cancel my order, or verify the order was cancelled. My only option is to dispute the charge through credit card vendor (Best Buy credit card so I’m not too thrilled about the call).

    Geek squad is the best. You can bring it to the store (but call to make a reservation) or you can get on the phone and a the geeks can help resolve your problems. The peace of mind for the service is well worth the cost.

    Looks good on hand. Great sleep analysis. Uncomfortable to wear. Workout tracking is not apt.
