Total protection RUSE

Total protection is a ruse. Per Best Buy, they cannot take it back because I am past 60 days. And total protection does not kick in the first 12 months of my purchase, and I’ve been referred to the manufacturer. so, 24 months total protection, is valid only for the last 12 months.

GE profile double oven

While cooking the glass in the oven door shattered. Have been told that this is not covered under warranty. Geek squad service man told me I shouldn’t have used the self clean. REALLY! It the oven glass can’t withstand that heat, customers should be advised. Also, when the glass shattered, the oven was baking at 350 degrees

Not happy

I was under the understanding that they would cover it regardless of reason. They first gave the reason being Samsung refuse to cover it and they came out and said since Samsung refuse to cover it they won't cover it now. If I have to pay to have it irepaired then it's not worth my time or money to buy Best Buys Insurance to fix it when I can save that money and put it on the repairs.

Waste of money

I've contacted Best Buy on multiple occasions regarding Total Tech coverage and nobody I've spoken with seems to be able to give me details of what is actually covered under Total Tech or I get transferred around to several different voice system machines with no resolution. Extremely disappointed in the Total Tech program overall and the "Best Buy Protection" that does not protect anything from what I've seen. One star is too high of a rating.

Unfortunately it broke within the first 6 months. iRobot is sending replacement head unit that i have to install myself. Not great customer service or overall quality.
