The product security offered through Best Buys’ protection plan is worth every penny. I had no hassles the few times I used it. The best thing is access to the Geek Squad. They have installed new equipment in my home, made recommendations in- home based on my needs and did some troubleshooting on my computer and electronics in store. Definitely peace of mind.

If I've EVER had an issue, I just bring the item in and they either have replaced the item on the spot (no questions asked), or they're able to fix it right away. Do NOT miss out on purchasing this insurance for ANY medium or high dollar item.

Great value, simplifies the repair and replacement process quite a bit. The free Geek squad investigation also provides a lot of value when you can fix things yourself but you don't have the tools/resources to diagnose PC issues that easily. Just knowing what's wrong goes a long way.

I have had the Best Buy Protection for as long as I can remember. When I have an issue with my computer, I love that they can log into my system and fix it without me leaving my home. I also contact them for my updates. I will always have this protection as long as they offer it.
