Great value, simplifies the repair and replacement process quite a bit. The free Geek squad investigation also provides a lot of value when you can fix things yourself but you don't have the tools/resources to diagnose PC issues that easily. Just knowing what's wrong goes a long way.

The product security offered through Best Buys’ protection plan is worth every penny. I had no hassles the few times I used it. The best thing is access to the Geek Squad. They have installed new equipment in my home, made recommendations in- home based on my needs and did some troubleshooting on my computer and electronics in store. Definitely peace of mind.

Subscribe to the Best Buy protection plan. You won’t regret it. If you buy a lot of product over the year in variably one product may be flawed. The plan protects you. Best Buy is excellent. They give you a new product on the spot no questions.

Its worth having protection on high value items with screens. I got the best buy membership so anything i buy has 2 years of protection included. If you plan to buy more then one thing it is better and cheaper to just get the membership.

I try to get all my electronics from Best Buy because of the protection plan. All I have to do is make a Geek Squad appointment and if the item can't be fixed, I can either get a refund or replacement.

I have had the Best Buy Protection for as long as I can remember. When I have an issue with my computer, I love that they can log into my system and fix it without me leaving my home. I also contact them for my updates. I will always have this protection as long as they offer it.
