Not total, different coverage for different prods

Coverage can vary wildly from product to product. From now on check I have to check the specific coverage for each item I buy to ensure I’m not surprised by a denied service repair or claim.

Shipping Issues

Every time i contact customer support they just say it has been shipped. I feel like at this point they should send another one.

Poor Delivery Service

We purchased over $5000 in appliances this year and were never told at that time or any other that total tech program had ended. You rebranded it total and told us it was a renewal. You lied. This was the only reason we purchased from you.

Definitely not worth the money. Bluetooth would randomly stop working batteries seemed to die rather fast. Average gamer couple hours maybe every other day. Do not recommend
