Geek squad so far has been more disappointing than good, so this probably won't be very valuable.

Slippery warranty

Being bad service and rude and bouncing around different voice systems and departments then hung up on mid conv. Right before question answer multiple times. A really bad system.

Waste of $

I paid extra for this service for my dishwasher and 1 year later the racks rusted and broke. They sent claim to AIG and they denied it because its 'COSMETIC ' and that is not covered. The racks are a vital part of the dishwasher not a COSMETIC issue!
