Disappointing

It showed it was active during when she had an issue with her right earphone so I took it in. When i get to the best buy total tech office they said they could do nothing for me and sent me to Apple. Fortunately when I got there they were helpful and just replaced the bud altogether.

be cautious of warranty, its crap

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had this for 17 months and have extendend warranty and plus warranity that i pay 100 something a year. its 3 weeks from xmas and ordered this online in june 2022. brought it in to replace or pay to upgrade and they told me no,has to be shipped off and maybe 4-6 weeks to repair and return. Really? this is bull. I have never had a problem exchanging before.

Best Buy Protection

Not total, different coverage for different prods

Coverage can vary wildly from product to product. From now on check I have to check the specific coverage for each item I buy to ensure I’m not surprised by a denied service repair or claim.

We purchased over $5000 in appliances this year and were never told at that time or any other that total tech program had ended. You rebranded it total and told us it was a renewal. You lied. This was the only reason we purchased from you.
