Just trying to answer so I become eligible for the gift.

You deceived us. We purchased over $5000 in appliances this year and were never told at that time or any other that total tech program had ended. You rebranded it total and told us it was a renewal. You lied. This was the only reason we purchased from you.

I do not like this item, it does not vacuum well and it does not wash floors carpets will either…and now I am unable till return it

I bought my appliance from BestBuy however when the delivery was made, the third party delivery company was not ready to install because he said my Fridge hose was plastic and they do not install them.

I havent even used it and im not even exactly sure what covered in it.

Poor quality after a few short months headset audio was choppy and unclear. Definitely not worth the money. Bluetooth would randomly stop working batteries seemed to die rather fast. Average gamer couple hours maybe every other day. Do not recommend

Best Buy took off when cancelled my total tech membership due to total tech. Being bad service and rude and bouncing around different voice systems and departments then hung up on mid conv. Right before question answer multiple times. A really bad system.

This product just did not cut the mustard poor suction battery not lasting long at all I guess the Shark Hype is not part of this product

Same as my other review for same exact thing, it's basically going to be a toss up if this is even any good. Geek squad so far has been more disappointing than good, so this probably won't be very valuable.

Usless. I paid extra for this service for my dishwasher and 1 year later the racks rusted and broke. They sent claim to AIG and they denied it because its 'COSMETIC ' and that is not covered. The racks are a vital part of the dishwasher not a COSMETIC issue!

There is no Best Buy near me. Have to go to another state. I am sorry I purchased the Protection Plan. To expensive and will probably not be able to use.

Not great! The product does not last for the money spent.

Really let down. After a only less than 6 months of occasional use this product died on me. Stopped working.

This is worthless one will be fine with the manufacture warranty.

We should not have to pay extra for warranty for something that should already last longer than it does.
