I’ve been waiting for this product! When internet goes out, wifi security cameras are useless. This solves that issue for extended outages, AND i can plug into backup power. Ideally, solar power too would be a win but my existing system satisfies that need for routine security

Glad I made this purchase because I had a major appliance break down. I purchased the protection plan in March and a major appliance quit in June. I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Definitely a must in today’s electronics world. It seems like if they work, they work fine, but if they are going to fail, it’s usually within 24 months. Nice to have the protection.

Recently went into our local Best Buy with a broken product and were informed thay we will be able to receive store credit for the product and will be able to purchase a brand new device. Staff was very helpful and got us answers quickly.

I have enrolled in this program for more than four years, it’s really for peace of mind, I like to know if something is broken I can just go to store and get it fix, no questions ask because I have this protection.

Good vacuum, cleans very well. I like the streaks it leaves after vacuuming. I did give it 4 starts because it won’t charge all the way to 60 min it usually stop at 40min. Which it’s enough time to vacuum the rooms but still wished it charged all the way.

Good to know all electronics I purchase have the 2 year warranty under this plan.
