It works great but after a couple of months I always have to fix the dustbin. I've kept it clean and all the filters clean as well as the sensors. It gets very frustrating to have to take the back off then reinsert every time I want to run the vacuum.

Glad I made this purchase because I had a major appliance break down. I purchased the protection plan in March and a major appliance quit in June. I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

I buy all of my electronics, earbuds, speakers, laptops and appliances from bestbuy because of their protection plan. Products last along time unless you have a puppy who likes to chew things. I had skullcandy earbuds my dog chewed up. No problem I brought them back to the store they were covered under the protection plan and walked out with a new pair. No hassle at all. You dont have to keep up with your receipt because everything is under your phone number you buy with the protection plan.

Purchased this for my wife for one of her Christmas presents and I have to say. It’s pricey but definitely is worth the money. I find myself using it just as much, and with every Dyson product it’s definitely worth spending the extra money and getting the quality you deserve. Every product they sell is top notch. Especially this set since it was a special color combo. Highly recommend it, buy it once and have it for ten times longer than any other dryer you would purchase cheaper.
