The monthly best buy protection is a must have as it makes it easier to resolve any issues customer faces on the products The Geek Squad are very helpful in explaining the issue with the product and guide on the steps to resolve the same. Also if they do not have any solution, then they replace at no extra cost which is cool !!

Not only have I used it multiple times but because of its versatility and how well Best Buy stands behind its program, I have purchased many more products from Best Buy just to take advantage of this program in the event I have a problem with the products.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but in times past when traveling abroad, a conversion plug was the one thing I wished I'd knew I needed and purchased prior to.

I can't emphasize enough the importance of having insurance on a product. I spent $400 on a product that had a manufacturer glitch, and without insurance, I would have had to purchase another one. Thanks to the insurance, I could simply return it to the store, exchange it for the exact same model, and walk away satisfied. Insurance provides peace of mind, sparing you from having to buy the product all over again.
