great protection plan to have when something isn't working or is damaged i would recommend this for every item purchased

Overall so far everything is looking good and running good.

A big reason we come back to Best Buy time and time again. Two year warranty at another store would cost just as much as the protection l am now receiving on ten items at Best Buy. Service by the Geek Squad has been good and loved the free set up assistance on major purchases. Feel strong enough about this protection that I have a couple of times recommended the plan to other customers at the register who were debating whether to add this protection!

It’s worth it just for the ease of mind that If something happens I’m good to go.

The Best Buy Protection plan has been a life saver for purchases that I have made in the past. Example- I had a 75" TV that had a burn in the screen and Best Buy replaced it with a new TV when it was diagnosed unrepairable. I highly recommend the purchase of the Protection plan!

The new tablet has an impressive, expansive display that excels at media viewing and digital artistry. The included stylus offers seamless, lag-free performance that rivals the Apple Pencil. However, the keyboard case has some drawbacks. While it protects the tablet, the added bulk makes the device feel clunky. The unresponsive trackpad occasionally fails to register touches, introducing frustrating lag into routine navigation. Additionally, the keyboard struggles with some productivity apps like Google Docs - scrolling gestures highlight text instead of moving up or down the page. Overall though, the remarkable display and flawless stylus support make this a great choice for artists, media consumers and casual users alike. But unfortunately, it's not a laptop replacement yet. Maybe things can change with Android 14 and One UI 6.

The Best Buy protection plan has been a great asset for me, because if I have any issues at all with any product that I have purchased with Best Buy. I can rest assure that Best Buy have my back.

I normally don’t purchase extended warranties, or service contracts, but in this case I found BestBuy’s Total Tech to be worth it. If you buy a lot of your electronics from BestBuy (like I do) it’s nice to know that all of those items get a years worth of coverage instead of most manufacturer 90 day warranties. Plus, you get a longer return window so that you can make sure that the item you bought is working just the way it should. Also, BestBuy has TotalTech Mondays where your TotalTech membership gives you an opportunity to buy items that are heavily in demand (like gpu’s, etc.) as purchases are restricted to Total Tech members only. With all of these benefits I’ve found this membership to be totally worth it.
