Monthly protection up to 24 months. Great customer service when something goes wrong with an item you purchased. I just wish the service plan was longer than 24 months. $200 a year isn’t much but if you don’t renew every year then you loose your protection when this service used to be included for free at bestbuy. I miss that awesome service. It really put Best Buy university the rest.

Building a new PC and wanted to get protection for my items, including an OLED monitor. Two years protection for every item is pretty great. A little pricey.

This MyBestbuy Total Tech is well worth the cost. This saved me the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer, Best Buy replaced the unit outright and made the situation right! I have also used their total tech services to diagnose over the phone the correct steps to be taken. This service is well worth the price for everything it covers especially in todays tech environment.

Don’t ever buy expensive electronics without purchasing a Geek Squad warranty at Best Buy. And if you purchase a lot from BB, get the Best Buy Membership and save a ton on deals and warranties! It’s WORTH it!

Best protection plan around! I have never had any issues with getting items fixed or replaced!

I love Total Tech. If you frequently buy products Best Buy sales its a no brainer because you get 2 years of protection for free. That alone is worth it. Though, I do wish they had the ability to extend warranties beyond the 2 years or to upgrade your Total Tech annual subscription to a level that automatically includes at least 3-4 years.

This is one of the easiest purchases I have made from BestBuy. All of the purchases I make are covered so I do not have to purchase the individual coverages. Well worth it as well since I buy several items every year.

With Best Buy protection, you're covered if anything ever goes wrong. I once had a problem with an item, and I walked into the store and showed them, and they simply flat-out replaced it, no questions asked, and I walked out of the store with a brand new replacement device. Best service I've ever received at ANY store
