    Great pair of headphones. Sound quality is top notch. Especially with the haptics on. Dont recommend haptics for FPS where you are trying to hear footsteps though. Great experience for all other games. Mic is not the best but definitely a step up from the artis 7s i had. Havent ran into any issues. Battery life is way less than advertised with the haptics and RGB on.

    This MyBestbuy Total Tech is well worth the cost. This saved me the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer, Best Buy replaced the unit outright and made the situation right! I have also used their total tech services to diagnose over the phone the correct steps to be taken. This service is well worth the price for everything it covers especially in todays tech environment.

    I love Total Tech. If you frequently buy products Best Buy sales its a no brainer because you get 2 years of protection for free. That alone is worth it. Though, I do wish they had the ability to extend warranties beyond the 2 years or to upgrade your Total Tech annual subscription to a level that automatically includes at least 3-4 years.

    This plan is excellent! My phone screen was cracked and had been with the been a little less than a year, well for $100 best buy swapped my old phone for a brand new one!! I just had to ship it back once the new arrives in the provided box.

    I have used my protection plan once this year when I crashed my drone and it definitely saved the day. My $1500 drone was toast and got it replaced for very little money with the plan!
