Peace of mind on a new technology item we've never used

I actually got this protection plan when I bought my gas range some time ago. I've had my computer checked out, my lap top diagnostic check, and everything I've bought from then to now is covered. I've returned some items, 2 I think, that I was able to use longer than just 30 days to decide if I really like the products. Normally the 2 week to 30 day time frame wasn't long enough to have a real feel of the products. I will be renewing this when the time comes. For me it's worth it.

Glasses are wonderful, quality is really good, video lengths are satisfactory and they fit very comfortably.

This is a must have if you have electronics. I no longer buy anything electronics outside best buy. Awesome deal.

I love having the Best Buy membership. Having the protection on my electronics is a relief. We haven't really had to use it, but its great to have it just in case.

Monthly protection up to 24 months. Great customer service when something goes wrong with an item you purchased. I just wish the service plan was longer than 24 months. $200 a year isn’t much but if you don’t renew every year then you loose your protection when this service used to be included for free at bestbuy. I miss that awesome service. It really put Best Buy university the rest.

Best warranty service. Took my watch in as it stop working easy replacement no hassle. The annual fee is well worth it. My watch is almost $400 to buy new. Plus I have many other devices with just the one time fee.

I love Total Tech. If you frequently buy products Best Buy sales its a no brainer because you get 2 years of protection for free. That alone is worth it. Though, I do wish they had the ability to extend warranties beyond the 2 years or to upgrade your Total Tech annual subscription to a level that automatically includes at least 3-4 years.

This MyBestbuy Total Tech is well worth the cost. This saved me the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer, Best Buy replaced the unit outright and made the situation right! I have also used their total tech services to diagnose over the phone the correct steps to be taken. This service is well worth the price for everything it covers especially in todays tech environment.

When you are a solopreneur, you need these services at an affordable price. And Best Buy delivers pretty consistently.

With Best Buy protection, you're covered if anything ever goes wrong. I once had a problem with an item, and I walked into the store and showed them, and they simply flat-out replaced it, no questions asked, and I walked out of the store with a brand new replacement device. Best service I've ever received at ANY store

Don't leave without the total protection plan when purchasing anything in Best Buy (My BESTBUY total member protection plan). You will not regret it. Last I remember it is an annual subscription of $199, but is very well worth it.

It is great that I have this for anything that I buy.
