I switched to the Total Tech service vs. purchasing extended warranty for my tech. I think it is a better value. The customer service team members recognize that I am a Total Tech member and always provide excellne service.

Every time I hear a Best Buy customer being asked if they want to but the total tech Protection, I ALWAYS step in and tell them that they most defininately want the protection and then will give examples of how it has helped us

Best vacuum i’ve owened, it’s easy to clean and assemble and use in different ways to vacuum stairs etc i love it and its simple to use i would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone and it has some pink on there what more could i ask for

Super useful protection plan. You don’t need to worry about any purchase you made because they are protected and it’s easy to get service and attention at any time in any Best Buy store or even by phone or in house.
