over the years we ourchased the geeksquad warranties not knowing if we needed them however we did need it with a ZlG tv and both our washer and dryor. a tech came out and repaired it at no cost

These are junk. They clogged, lost, and stuck under furniture, constantly. Every other day I'm removing hair about twice a week from the brush roll (I swear we're not that hairy!), despite the 'so called' no stuck technology. The brush over compensates and literally melts at the plastic gear. This dumb gadget is actually self destructing! These are also too tall...they don't even go under basic kitchen cabinets, so you have to sweep to get that area cleaned. I'm returning this last one, too. It's just sitting in my kitchen, not working AGAIN, but that's what I've come to expect. Don't buy!!
