Some things like my washer and dryer I’ll buy the warrant separately because they offer some products with a 5 year extended warranty.

There should be an email letting you know that it is up for renewal so that you can have the option of renewing or not.

The application works when it wants too. Being the cameras are primarily used on the app when away from home this is a huge problem. You can’t always see the events or the 24/7 recording. As far as a stand alone system that is wired and being able to view on the TV live, it works perfect and the cameras are extremely clear. Also I came to update the cameras multiple times and 2 of them did update but the other 2 no matter how many times I attempt to update will act as if they are updating and still show they are not updated. What’s the issue here? Cause even when I call night owl I can obviously tell they don’t have an accurate answer as to why this is happening. If night owl can fix there updates on the camera system and fix there application to work when not close to the system then this would be a 5 star review. Until they can fix these issues it will stay at 3 stars. Really 2.5 stars. Everyone expects to be able to use the application on the go without issues viewing there cameras. This is the standard in 2023.
