If you purchase Big ticket items, I would definitely get the Best Buy protection.

Easy-to-use Very useful And Great for all to use

The service itself is great. I can shop with confidence knowing im covered. However, calling in to get something repaired is a mixed bag, hold times, appointments and overall customer care is lacking and spotty. I'm "disconnected" if my issue is complex or my item has not been recently purchased.

Excellent service and sales people were very helpful. It’s an expensive purchase so having helpful people makes it easy. Great job Best Buy again. Also , highly encourage the total tech. Worth every penny.

A great benefit from my Total Tech plan. It costs NOTHING with the membership. Rather than having to go through and register things on my credit card or go back and forth with mailing claims etc - I can do everything right from a Best Buy store. Will certainly renew and keep my products protected.

I always get best buys protection, even on my smaller purchases. Over the years, there have been a number of times that I have had to reach out to them and they have always lived up to their end of the purchase agreement.

It's just the knowledge of a backup plan that you just don't have to worry about something happens to your game if it does your already set because best buy has your back

By being a subscriber to Best Buy Total all my electronics are automatically under protection. Using it is as easy as walking up to the counter using your phone number and swapping out your decvice.

There a lot of benefits to have this, Because of this, I have been saving a lot. Discount prices, free protection plan, return in a month. I strongly recommend this, you will save.
