    It is nice to have the option for the extended protection. No problems so far and I hope to not have any but its comforting to know if we do that it will be taken care of

    if you buy anything at best buy , this is a must to have so if anything goes wrong you can still return in a good amount of time , instead of the normal 15 day return policy

    I would recommend the Total Tech protection plan to anyone who has appliances computers or T.V. This plan covers everything. Also a quick and great customer service experience.

    The latch that holds the collection tube on to the body is fairly weak and breaks easy

    I really love Best Buy protection plan, Isa shop, other stores. I did not like the protection plan so I stopped shop in there. I go straight to Best Buy for everything, especially protection plan. They save me a lot of money.
