This is part of the Best Buy membership and well worth it.

The design is better than the xm4 but overall for some reason I’m having a worst experience with these. The Bluetooth connection isn’t as fast and the touch controls aren’t as responsive. These still sound amazing though so the original point of these still hold up but it has a lot of minor issues

Monthly Best Buy Protection is worth the price. I wouldn't be without it.

Protection plan was definitely needed! System malfunctioned so I had to get it repaired. Thankfully with the protection plan I was able to get the entire system replaced

Great protection plan. But not necessary if you have geek squad

Wont go without it anymore, if it stops working they give you a new one or your money back.

Wetvac started leaking 7 months after purchase, exchanged easy with no issues

Great coverage! All of my Best Buy products have overage and it's reassuring.

It is nice to have the option for the extended protection. No problems so far and I hope to not have any but its comforting to know if we do that it will be taken care of

Best Buy plans are worth it. We have saved a lot of time and money by dealing with Best Buy instead of the manufactures. I recommend BB Total to everyone.

I would recommend the Total Tech protection plan to anyone who has appliances computers or T.V. This plan covers everything. Also a quick and great customer service experience.

I love this warranty program. Yes it is 200/year however I buy enough stuff from Best Buy that it makes it worth it to not have to pay for an extended warranty every time I purchase a product.

if you buy anything at best buy , this is a must to have so if anything goes wrong you can still return in a good amount of time , instead of the normal 15 day return policy

I love Total Tech! All my protection plans are free. Painless.

Robot would get stuck in the middle of the floor, picking up the bot to refill it was an annoyance, corner wiper did not work that well, battery life was short lived per, choose the one with refill station built in if possible, still testing upgraded version. Corner cleaning is not great.

I swear by best buy protection plans! They have saved me in so many situations where my electronics have either broken or malfunctioned
