Great 2 years of coverage

Too heavy to wear

2 Months without a stove. Apathetic call center.

I have spent 2 months trying to get a stove repaired, but the process is a system of automated messages and call center employees who shuffle you back and forth. When using your Total Protection plan you must call a hotline to initiate a repair request. You pay a fee based on the cost of the appliance before scheduling the diagnosis. A repair ticket was initiated on June 8th. A tech came on the 11th. The part was delayed several times before we were scheduled for the repair almost a month later. I received a call to confirm that we still had our appointment. I received a text the day before and the morning of our appointment with confirmation. After taking off work another day, a cancellation text came at 11:40 rescheduling for a few days later. When a tech finally came for the repair it didn't fix the issue. We went through the process again, The same tech came to diagnose it again, and said it was the same part. It is now JULY 29th and we are rescheduled for August 6th to receive a power cord. We have taken so much time from work and been without a stove for 2 months, I wish I had just thrown the bad one away and bought a new one, or paid a reputable service company to fix it. Can you imagine swapping montherboard twice and suddenly thinking maybe it's the power cord? With so many hours wasted and no return calls from managers, I strongly recommend saving your money and just buying a new appliances. With the cost of 2 years total protection I could almost buy a new stove.
