We have used this to upgrade my PC. 1 terabytes was not good upgrad to two terabytesIt took some time, but was worth the wait.

Didn’t think I would need a protection plan for a mouse but it is included with all purchases done at Best Buy soooo….. Yeah!

A protection plan is a must! Best buy fulfills all protection plan coverage with a breeze.

Haven’t use it yet but it is very convenient! It includes AppleCare for all of my devices purchased through Best Buy.

Excellent headphones that sound great for music and clear for calls. I tested calls outside in traffic and in front of a loud washing machine with no issues on either side. Only con is not being able to fold them.

I try to buy what I can from Best buy because of the total tech. It's worth it and easy to use when needed.

Best Buy has some of the best Geek Squad technicians working for them. When my computer has an issue I take it in and they solve it. Webroot is also very good at Virus Protection which is also very important these days.

I am highly impressed with warranty, service and discounts included. Enjoy the coverage of multiple devices for 2 years. Not crazy about the price and the yearly part of it. I think it would be better to do a monthly subscription sort of.

Absolutely love having this protection plan! I find it very much worth while to get. I would also like to point out that I have never had a problem redeeming the warrenty either!

I am happy I purchased this plan, it has more than paid for itself. I use it for computer tech support, putting up my tvs and help with many other things. The nice thing is that it is available 24/7.

Great plan, stuff always going on the fritz, Best Buy has no issue fixing or replacing all my stuff. They did a great job on my Crashed Dell; Immediately replaced my malfunctioning, new Go Pro. Hassle Free!

You literally can not beat best buy protection plan it is one of the best out there must get for all your electronics.

I haven't had to use it yet, but always nice to have the option in case something goes wrong.

The Totaltech membership afforded me coverage for my Sony headphones and other items I have purchased from Bestbuy. An excellent program. I've shopped Bestbuy many years. An excellent store.

The peace of mind and customer service along with member benefits is worth it. My experience thus far has been fantastic.

So far this is great because anytime I pay for extra protection nothing happens so I look at it as a good product gauruntee lol
