    Great plan, stuff always going on the fritz, Best Buy has no issue fixing or replacing all my stuff. They did a great job on my Crashed Dell; Immediately replaced my malfunctioning, new Go Pro. Hassle Free!

    I am happy I purchased this plan, it has more than paid for itself. I use it for computer tech support, putting up my tvs and help with many other things. The nice thing is that it is available 24/7.

    I feel it is a need to have for anything that we need on these electronics when one is broken or help is needed on something I have bo clue on how to fix.

    Absolutely love having this protection plan! I find it very much worth while to get. I would also like to point out that I have never had a problem redeeming the warrenty either!

    The Totaltech membership afforded me coverage for my Sony headphones and other items I have purchased from Bestbuy. An excellent program. I've shopped Bestbuy many years. An excellent store.

    Love that the product is protected.As my mother says I am the warranty Queen - I get protection on any product I can so I know it is warranties and no worries!!

    Apple Care included even on future products made by apple. Only have to buy the plan once and if active covers all future apple purchases to. When buying multiple phones it’s way less expensive then the monthly option thru the provider.
