Best Buy has some of the best Geek Squad technicians working for them. When my computer has an issue I take it in and they solve it. Webroot is also very good at Virus Protection which is also very important these days.

I have owned many Shark products for floor care and this is honestly the first time I have been truly disappointed in a Shark vacuum robot product. As many other reviews mention, the vacuum function is pretty good. I am actually impressed with his vacuum power but I was not pleased with its "obstacle detection" or ability to mop the floors. I have a cordless Shark HydroVac which I love, but I figured if I could get a robot that can do this, why not? As far as a vacuum, this Shark Matrix robot vac mop is good for that. It's got this side discharge of air that "pushes" debris in corners out into the "front" of the robot when cleaning, really doing a nice job of cleaning the corners, I must say. The bagless bin dock has a removable container and it definitely holds a lot of dirt. As far as the mop, while my experience may not have aligned with others, for me, I was highly disappointed. In mop mode, it NEVER mopped the designated area I designated in the app. I even had the robot "discover" my home at least three times to make sure the map was built correctly. In vac mode, it kept bumping into things, it scratched my base boards, and NEVER stuck to what I asked it to do. If I asked it to mop my living room, it mopped all over the home. Where it DID mop, it was good - except that the mop didn't always work! It would start off mopping and then stop mopping but vacuum the rest of the requested mission from the app. I got this Shark Robot Mop Vac to replace a robot vac I already own, and wanted the mop functionality. I canot recommend this machine. It's definitely got its share of bugs.

Excellent headphones that sound great for music and clear for calls. I tested calls outside in traffic and in front of a loud washing machine with no issues on either side. Only con is not being able to fold them.

After having to use the service more than once I can wholeheartedly recommend that I get my money’s worth.

Vacuum is very light and very easy to use. The auto empty feature is a plus. I am happy that I don’t have to deal with emptying the canister on a daily basis now.

Having the protection plan gives piece of mind, we purchase alot through bestbuy and having the protection plan is a must.

Apple Care included even on future products made by apple. Only have to buy the plan once and if active covers all future apple purchases to. When buying multiple phones it’s way less expensive then the monthly option thru the provider.
