It is like any insurance plan. You buy it hoping never to have to use it. But if you do you expect to have the benefit with no hassles. This applies to this plan.!!!

I was a Elite member, but BB changed the game. Now I pay $200 a year, but double my warranty and extend my return window. I don't need the tech support, but at least I can use these two benefits

I had a tv replaced, no charge, free re-install. I wish it was 2 year, but still, that was pretty solid service.

Glad I purchased the protection, you never know when you're going to need it and it was more than necessary on more than one occasion!

What more can I ask for? I bought something and then I get protection on it for 24 my because I am a Total Tech Member!
