    I’ve had to return a faulty coffee machine (not Best Buy’s fault) and the Geek Squad process was so easy!! I’m probably going to purchase another two years.

    The Best Buy plans are purchased with almost all of the electronics I get at Best Buy. While not used on everything, I find that it comes in handy when problems arise.

    I DO NOT ALWAYS GET WARRANTY PROTECTION WHEN BUYING ALMOST ANYTHING BUT THIS COME WITH TOTALTECH AND WORKS FINE.
