You need this basically your SOL if you don’t have it. It’s protection for everything electronic you buy

I think this is a great thing to have I don’t want to pay extra for protection plans on any of the devices that I get at the store which makes it easier on my life

It’s always a good idea to have Best Buy Protection you never know when your things going to break.

Great staff and support. Everyone is very helpful. It is a bit difficult to figure out what is exactly covered and such. But, people are nice enough anyways. If you have kids, it's worth it I guess.

The Best Buy plans are purchased with almost all of the electronics I get at Best Buy. While not used on everything, I find that it comes in handy when problems arise.
