Up until recently, I’ve had no regrets about this purchase. It worked great for almost two years. Lately it hasn’t been cleaning as well and all of the moving parts are deteriorating. I understand it’s to be expected to a point but under two years?? Luckily it is still under the two year protection plan until November so I will be coordinating with Best Buy for repairs as soon as they will respond via the chat bot.

It’s pricy but has served us well. Will probably keep it for a while longer.
