[Employee of bestbuy] Got an upgrade to my VR headset for $45! Originally I had bought the 128GB headset, but after claiming the warranty, I got it swapped for a brand new 512GB one. Would recommend GSP to anyone!

I mainly make all my electronic purchases from Best Buy for the protection services. Wish the purchase of Webroot was include like before and not separate.

Great if can find a direct replacement in the store. But if u have a discontinued item after 1 year terrible. Local store bent over backwards to help me. But corporate best buy very difficult to use. After 3 calls for 1.5hrs each, i finally went to the store and the geek squad manager called on my behalf and took her several calls to get to where someone could do somethong, overall about 8hrs on the phone. Process took about a month before getting new item, then still had to pay a installation cost of $150 . Which in my opinion should be covered under the warranty. Plus, because of inflation over the last year they were going to give me back what i paid, but lower model was $200 more that purchased high model. I talked to local manager and they made up the difference but corporate would not do anything. This is not just a one off, local store members stated that they struggled talking to corporate too. So local store 5 stars Corporate zero stars Overall 2 stars I only recommend total membership if saving money to get more discoints, but if dont need discount, dont bother.
