Always get the protection plan as best buy offers the best there is.

I always recommend that anybody I know get total protection or a protection plan because it gives you a piece of mind when you’re using the product to make sure that it will last you a few years

Buying a membership is well worth the cost to get protection on all your purchases.

Have had in use for about a week and have been pretty impressed. Set up was very easy. First thing it did was map the house, so it knows the rooms. Cool thing about this is that you can name the rooms and have it clean just the rooms you want, ex: kitchen may need cleaned and mopped more than the living room. Might need to get another one for our finished basement!

Great service at Vero beach store, it was exactly what I expected and I was given several options based on my needs. it does a fantastic job for work, image processing and gaming. My kids use it for educational purposes and we can customize content and security features. Lightweight, yet powerful.

I use my Best Buy shopping for major appliances or big ticket items because of this protection plan. I don’t have to buy an extended warranty or anything like that with the appliance because of this protection. I am very happy with it so far I have not had to use it but it’s there if I need it.

All the appliances or product menu by and get the protection. It's helps you with the customer service replacement. And add the service to troubleshoot it is very helpful. We have been best buy customer for long time and rhey are very professional and helpful
