Very solid system that handles pretty much any game you throw at it. The speakers are the highlight. I’ve had all of pc handhelds and this by far has the best speakers. The MSI center could use a few more updates to run smoother but I’ve been impressed with how frequently they push updates.

The extra coverage also gave me a longer price guarantee and piece of mind

Had a Meta VR go into a firmware update that created a glitch. Headset was replaced in store with a new one, coverage continued with the new headset.

LOVE this plan. I have multiple items covered under this one plan. It's a great value, and it works at any Best Buy anywhere I travel. So far, I love the convenience of how quickly they handle any situation no matter how big or how small.

As advertised have not used amt warranty so far hope dont need it.

Sending a handheld gaming device in for repair was free when the 'A' button was shorted out due to baby slobber. Took 3 weeks to come back, apparently with a new motherboard. Not sure why they didn't just resolder the button switch, but ok. Seems like the replacement motherboard was a cheap ham-handed fix, because now there's all kinds of screen-tearing, freezing, audio distortion. Send it back in again, free again. 2 weeks later, I get no updates in call text or email. Login to best buy, dig around, and one little note on the repair status page says something along the lines of "unable to repair, schedule appointment to pick out replacement." Make appointment, go to store, get stuck paying just over 80 bucks as a SERVICE FEE in order to get a GIFT CARD loaded with the money spent on the original handheld purchase (not an actual exchange). Handheld I had got at the time for 750, but they no longer have those models. The closest thing they have (all same hardware & specs, just a slightly lower quality but slightly bigger screen) ate the gift card + another 120 bucks. Raw deal.

Overall the product works well sometimes. We just had to use the warranty because it stopped working after four months. If I could get my money back and choose a different item then I would do so.

I pre-ordered this and am very excited about the handheld gaming from Xbox. This will be a "game" changer :) A device that i was looking forward from a very long time!

I had another product serviced. No questions asked. Short wait time. Product was fully adjusted/fixed like new. Definitely recommend for those high-end products where repairs and adjustments can sometimes tarnish your wallet. $$$
