Have had in use for about a week and have been pretty impressed. Set up was very easy. First thing it did was map the house, so it knows the rooms. Cool thing about this is that you can name the rooms and have it clean just the rooms you want, ex: kitchen may need cleaned and mopped more than the living room. Might need to get another one for our finished basement!

I had the need to use it once and although my laptop could not be fixed, I received a reimbursement of my money to get another one. And I get all my technology at best buy so they have the same protection

Well worth getting a warranty! You never know when something might go sideways! They have saved my bacon!!

My salesman talked me into purchasing the warranty I'm glad I did. I haven't had to use it yet I'm just happy I have it just in case.
