Buying a membership is well worth the cost to get protection on all your purchases.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent vacuum; honestly dyson truly shows that theyre the best on the market, In the past id try to cheap out on other vacuums, to only find myself replacing it or having to get it fixed, and its always pass warranty. Thats not the case here with dyson vacuums at all, theyre built tough, but along with that, theyre warranty is pretty much a life time, so i dont ever seeing myself going with another brand ever again. Choose a dyson, trust me you wont regret it.

Light weight. Easy to use even for women with small hands or individuals with arthritic hands. Very expensive, but if it last 10 or more years, I is designed well and is easy to use, it is not likely to break or collect lint or overheat. My hair quickly dries, and it does not frizz. My hair is thin and fine and drives within five minutes. 15 minutes with typical hairdryers. Life is too short to struggle to dry your hair and what little hair I have I certainly want to be well cared for. I am 73 and hope it will last m6 lifetime.

Good value to have all purchases under one warranty

I used to spend a fortune on warranty support to the point that I had to start only getting it on things over a certain value. Like with most insurance you usually pay more than you get back except in that once in a while high dollar incident. I was thrilled when Best Buy released their vision of total tech. Not only do I get warranty support on all my items but to see the amount of savings on my yearly purchasing to boot being in the 100's of dollars so far... Awesome.

My wife & I love this product, ve had a few hiccups and have had to return it 3 times due to cleaning issues. But so far so good, we also have the firat model made and are loyal to this product

This has been a great waranty program for me in the past when I had to use it. They freely exchanfed for a new ice machine.
