Camera was ok, I’m being nice when I say ok, not what everyone made it out to be in the hype on YouTube…didn't really test it vigorously in low light…zoom was terrible…like 90’s tech level zoom terrible…bought the action 4, (hardware wise it actually wasn’t too bad), pocket 3 and the mini 4 pro… DJI’s app is not what it used to be, can’t preview clips from in the app on iOS works on pixel aka android, that’s just weird, could’ve been a user error but apparently it’s a known thing from dji and if I’m going to spend 2-3k plus in gear I want their app to at least be functional and preview my videos like it’s supposed to…their app has loads of problem with previewing your videos on mobile devices and dji apparently knows about it if you just go on Reddit or even dji forums…how does an app meant for video export have this many problems with processing previews of videos? Idk… Biggest point here on the pocket 3…tested it out 3 maybe 4 time at the maximum, the tilt screen broke and would not go back into the locked position…maybe I got a bad one, maybe I just had a bad experience with their app several times, maybe their app was having a bad couple weeks around the holidays specifically on IOS platforms…maybe…my opinion on it which is what this review is, well I’m pretty sure your picking up my opinion on DJI, they used to be the leader…maybe if your a pro and your running all this through editing software and you don’t want to use DJI’s app at all for footage maybe it’s ok…but let me add a tad bit of contrast here as to why I brought back everything but the mini 4… We bought an insta 360-x3… app worked better than most platforms I’ve used right out the box… Connecting was crazy easy, the thing is a tank…so good on the software and filming side that we went and got two more x3’s and then ordered the new ace pro…going to get two more of them after we test it as well if it turns out to not be like Dji… All I’m saying is there is a ton of videos out there on YouTube saying Dji is the king, there are a ton of YouTubers out there bashing on i-360’s stuff…now I’m not saying that these YouTubers are taking money aka being paid off to push bad products, would never dream of such a reality…I wrote this review to give a warning to all of you out there bulking up on gear to film with, I bought the hype on the advice of these gurus…real world vs digital sales people clearly has a massive difference in where the truth sits. if insta made a drone I would buy it instead of DJI’s based on what I’ve seen of late coming from dji… There’s my full opinion, hope it helps someone out there spending the kind of money I did on some junk that’s propped up as a premium.

The old system was much better. Now if they cant fix your product you get about half of what you paid towards the new thing. Meanwhile you already spend hundreds on the protection plan.

It is nice to have the option to purchase protection on numerous items from Best Buy. I know that I've saved hundreds of dollars by using the protection plans I've purchased over the years.

Having used my purchased protection, in the past, I just cannot put a price or value on knowing that the protection i purchased, from Best Buy, alleviated any fear of having anything happen to break or damage my costly purchase because it will be taken care of. Best Buy makes it extremely easy and convenient for a customer to turn in a product and know that there is a group of professional and technical experts to service you. Would not ever decline to purchase any protection plan from Best Buy on my TV, Computer, household or appliance purchases.

Fantastic fitness watch!! I have used Garmin before but never an Epix, and I am moving to this watch from the Samsung Watch 5 Pro. The battery life is fantastic and the display is beautiful. The whole watch is built around fitness and health, so if this is your goal then there isnt a better watch. You miss out on some smartwatch features, but depending on your goals, this is a worthy tradeoff. It is for me, at least.

The Geek squad did an excellent job fixing my daughters laptop - with out the coverage we would have spent a lot more money in repairs.
