We have had the Roomba now since the beginning of Nov 25, and it has been a big disappointment. It is constantly disconnecting from the app or creating new maps. If it does both at the same time, then it will be in clean mode all day even though we have automations set to do certain rooms on certain days. The usability of it in the app isn't great. Trying to get it tk stop or cancel a job is a pain sometimes. Resulting in us having to manually hitting the home button. I have done multiple factory resets on it and I am just overall disappointed. I will say when it works, the mopping feature seems to be pretty good. And vacuuming is good as well. But getting it to constantly work for more than a week or two at a time is my problem.

Just purchased 1 day ago. I have to say you must read the directions maybe more than once if you're new to the espresso experience like me, but it is almost idiot-proof, I can't believe I have given up my sugary coffees for fabulous cappuccinos this machine has given me. I don't know why I waited so long to get it other than a sale. I'm quite pleased. I'll update the review in a month or so.
