I must complement the Geek Squad members who came and installed our Samsung The Frame 55” TV. They were quick and efficient and set up all of our apps. The only other thing I would add for improvement, is communication with the driver on day of Appointment.

I have had this service for years and it has been wonderful. I take my computers in about twice a year and have them cleaned up by the Geek Squad under my insurance plan.

This printer is so great we started with one and have bought 2 more! All from Best Buy because they have had the best price even better than the manufacturers own website!

We bought it thinking that was going to be amazing but, it is great for carpet vacuum but not good for vacuum floor and we went out of town thinking that was going to work with the schedule that was scheduled and we came back finding that got disconnected from the wifi and dis not work for a week. Plus I tried to connect the wifi back and the app did not even sense the vacuum and I have to do it manually. Disappointed for an expensive brand.

Best Buy, has an epic warranty and support structure. Even when they do not have the lowest price and won't match for whatever reason. It is best to still purchase at Best Buy because I know if I need warranty or product support that Best Buy will be there to quickly resolve any and all issues.

This vacuum/mop is amazing! In the past, I would have never purchased a vacuum and mop all in one because I have hardwood floors and area rugs. This vacuum, all in one has made my life so much easier and it cleans and mops leaving my floors and rugs, immaculate! Cleaning is quick and efficient, recharging, and cleaning the mop is amazing, and maintenance is so easy!

I've been on quite the ice maker journey. My Samsung fridge ice maker keeps breaking. I bout two different Frigidaire brand counter top ice makers. One lasted 2 months, returned it bc it just stopped. The exchange stopped working after two days. I did not buy those at best buy. I finally went to Best Buy and bought the Opal. I'm so happy with it. It's quiet! The ice is fantastic! It just works really well. Very happy with it. I only wish I had gotten the one with the tank. Would be much easier to fill.

The staff were overall amazing great and fast service and honestly it was really fast applying to the best buy credit card to me walking out the store took less than 20 minutes! very satisfied

I’ve had many Garmins 3,5,7,epix and epix 2 pro 51mm. This one takes the #1 spot! I highly recommend it. The screen is phenomenal during the day and night! The battery life awesome. I had a Applw Watch Ultra before switching back. The Apple Watch is a toy compared to monster of a watch! I thought Garmin was silly for adding a flashlight, but it’s actually really helpful and great for night times activities…it has a strobe mode!

A year and a half later and I am still LOVING my Dyson V12 Slim and calling it my best present to myself! This Dyson is the perfect weight for seniors without losing any performance. The laser light is fabulous! I have yet to run out of battery power before finishing my house. BEST vacuum EVER!

No doubt these headphones are little expensive but sound and build quality is make it worth every penny spent.

Probably have worth about a couple grand in protection by now. If I had brought a plan for everything I buy would had costed me much more. Also is very easy to track items that are covered and not having to remember or keeping hundreds of receipts that never find when needed. Almost forgot about member discounts, great savings always
