The membership is worth it, especially if, like me, you buy a device that can easily have an accident. Additionally, the possibility of having coverage if it breaks or getting a new device is great. I paid for two years, and after that, it would only be 7 dollars a month.

I haven’t had a chance to use the warranty I bought through Best Buy but just listening to the salesman. Tell me everything that it covers opposed to buying the coverage through the manufacture. It sounds like it is a much better option. Hopefully I will never need it and it will save me a lot of money so I recommend this warranty because it covers everything but at Best Buy not just the item you purchased when buying the warranty.

I got mine on launch day, and it’s been good to me. There was one glaring issue that I encountered, but I’m 80% sure it was because of me, and I had to do an entire system reset. The other issue that a lot of users face is getting the micro SD card reader to work, which most of the time can be fixed with a driver update. It’s better than the Steam Deck and ASUS makes things very user friendly if you want to upgrade the storage (which I strongly recommend). Just be sure to back things up if you’re into emulating and enjoy it.

I had to use the protection plan on several items. The ability to bring in items that are malfunctioning and have them replaced or repaired is great.

Perfect drone for beginners. DJI has an app that you can fly a drone virtually to practice before flying the actual drone. It has great preset mods that make it easy to capture clean shots. It's so small that having it on your carryon and going to through TSA was easy.

Love the peace of mind this service brings. It's also great to pay once a year and everything purchased from BB is covered. It's a great service and will continue to keep it.

Always good to get extra protection on your electronics even if it comes with a 1 year manufactured warranty so if something goes wrong it can be taken care of locally and back in a timely manner instead of having to send it out to the company and waiting forever. Would give all 5 stars but haven't had to use it yet. Just nice knowing Best Buy has your back with an extended warranty.

Absolutely a must to purchase. This is already paid for itself and more. My dogs got a hold of my $250 earbuds three days after I bought them. If I did not have this, I would’ve been out all of that money. I took my earbuds back to the store all chewed up and Best Buy replaced them with a new set no questions asked.
