Geek Squad is great, and I understand that sometimes they are super busy, but sometimes, their attitude is unnecessary.

I haven’t had a chance to use the warranty I bought through Best Buy but just listening to the salesman. Tell me everything that it covers opposed to buying the coverage through the manufacture. It sounds like it is a much better option. Hopefully I will never need it and it will save me a lot of money so I recommend this warranty because it covers everything but at Best Buy not just the item you purchased when buying the warranty.

If you have an issue with most items they will replace no questions asked!

I got the annual which is also the monthly protection so worth it. I have all my electronics protected from simple drops or accidents.

I got mine on launch day, and it’s been good to me. There was one glaring issue that I encountered, but I’m 80% sure it was because of me, and I had to do an entire system reset. The other issue that a lot of users face is getting the micro SD card reader to work, which most of the time can be fixed with a driver update. It’s better than the Steam Deck and ASUS makes things very user friendly if you want to upgrade the storage (which I strongly recommend). Just be sure to back things up if you’re into emulating and enjoy it.

You cannot go wrong having the best Buy protection. It provides peace of mind on all purchased equipment.

Always good to get extra protection on your electronics even if it comes with a 1 year manufactured warranty so if something goes wrong it can be taken care of locally and back in a timely manner instead of having to send it out to the company and waiting forever. Would give all 5 stars but haven't had to use it yet. Just nice knowing Best Buy has your back with an extended warranty.

The membership is worth it, especially if, like me, you buy a device that can easily have an accident. Additionally, the possibility of having coverage if it breaks or getting a new device is great. I paid for two years, and after that, it would only be 7 dollars a month.

The Geek squad did an excellent job fixing my daughters laptop - with out the coverage we would have spent a lot more money in repairs.

Hasnt let me down yet. And im a very technologically advanced tech nerd. Best buy is the only company that could ever bankrupt me...and they cant now with this warranty they have released into the masses.

Comes with my membership. Nice to have it if I need it.
