    This is a great service. I bought a Meta Quest 3 last year when they came out, and the other day it just stopped working. I was amazed how easy it was when I got to the store. They just looked up my purchse and pretty much just handed me a brand new one. Super simple!

    I love my shark vacuum now I don’t have to worry about mopping my floors or vacuuming them. I can just set the timer and it allows me to do other things.

    yep, made a claim no problems; I've had this for my Apple Watch, TVs, microwave, iPads, Air Pods, and working with Geek Squad is a breeze once they see the coverage! Replaced my Sharp microwave within the 24 months and got a new one!

    I have called in when my delivery gets mixed up on the wrong dates. Best buy costumer service always assure and make sure the mistake want happen again.

    So worth it. I have had a couple of items crap out on me and bestbuy service is top notch. They will help troubleshoot it for you, and if they can’t fix it they’ll replace it. We had a Dyson that crapped out and was no longer available, so they gave us a gift card for the entire purchase price which we used toward a different model
