Best Buy Coverage makes the membership totally worthwhile. It has saved me a couple of times over the several years that I have paid for it. Absolutely love it.

the protection is well worth the expense. I got it for my drone and they protect anytbing you get in the future. I crashed my drone and was worried once I got my new one that the new drone would not be covered. not the case. the protection is great if you're a heavy buyer in tech.

It has been nice to have peace of mind that my items are protected from the unforeseen dangers of life.

It might sound crazy to send $180/yearly but the amount of money my family have saved because of the protection is crazy. I have a little brother who plays video games and my mom loves appliances so the protection comes when you least expect it. I’ve exchanged my brother headphones twice already and it hasn’t been two years yet.

This is not the first time that I had a DYSON product. The best purchase ever for my wife before our wedding! She’s enjoyed it every single time (day) to get her hair done nicely and healthy looks! Worth it

Love this plan. Dropped my brand new HP desktop and cracked screen about 6 days after buying. BB sent it in to be fixed. Took about 10 days came back perfect. I buy everything at BB now and love the CC too.

Iam always happy when my latest purchase is protected by more than a factory warranty.

I always say it is good to get a protection plan for whatever product you may purchase, because you never what what may happen. Whether it may be acting up or just stops working, I always feel better in have that protection for my products.

Why would you NOT get protection? Things are not made the way they used to. Protect your investment!!!

What I particularly like about this plan is its flexibility. The monthly option makes it much more manageable than a huge upfront cost, and the duration of coverage is perfect. It's a relief to know that if anything goes wrong, Best Buy has my back without any additional costs.

If you're a tech person, this is a MUST HAVE! Best Buy is hands down the best place to go for in person tech shopping - having this protection in place insures every purchase you make so you don't have to agonize over getting the additional protection - it's included! This service has paid for itself 10x over for me. Highly recommend!

I was always one to fall for the protection plan but recently had an experience where I needed to use it. I crashed my drone, brought it in for repair but since I had the plan the drone was replaced with a new one. I had it in the mail within 2-3 days. Highly recommend especially for drones.

Ratings based on my experience and the value it served me. My Best Buy Total was not worth the value to me. Great model but read the plan thoroughly before deciding if it's worth it for you. Being a long time regular customer I went off the word of the sales associate. "Any purchases made will be covered for two years" under this plan. I decided not to renew the subscription the following year because I didn't foresee any large purchases. What I didn't know because I didn't read before purchasing the plan, was that by not renewing I forfeited all coverage on all my purchases for the second 12 months. I didn't know this until I went to go exchange an item that became defective. There are certain items I am now experiencing issues with that I will now have to come out of pocket on to replace so far valued at $200, when I could've just purchased the coverage individually and be covered for 4 years instead. So read the plan before you purchase the package for $179 because it does not automatically cover your second 12 months as they sell you on, unless you renew the subscription again, which they don't verbalize in their sales pitch. Unfortunately I was still being informed on this coverage the same way, "$179 for two years". Individual coverage may be more cost efficient and provide more than 2 years. By not reading thoroughly I now have approximately $5,500 in purchased items that I am more concerned about that aren't covered anymore and essentially handed over $179 with absolutely no benefit. If this plan works for you great, if it doesn't suite your purchases I suggest going a different route for coverage and/or compare to Asurion and purchase through Amazon.
