Best Buys protection plan is getting to be worth less and less as they remove more and nore features from it. They have already added back in restocking fees, and decreased coverages significantly. If they keep up at the rate of the last 2 years, folks will be better off shopping elsewhere. I would still recommend it now...but I doubt I will in another year.

I appreciate how great the Geek Squad is at fixing any of my technology issues that come up. They ask the necessary questions but don't berate the customer as if to get out of fixing the problem. Big thanks to the team and I always get for all my tech!

Best but protection is the bomb. No questions asked when you have a problem and the service is phenomenal. I won’t shop ANYWHERE else for my electronics or hardware.
