I have 2 Dyson cordless vacuums but this vacuum the filter and the bin box is very small - need to replace new filter every 4-5mo.

Having the protection plan gives piece of mind, we purchase alot through bestbuy and having the protection plan is a must.

Always have gotten the protection program for my purchases at Best Buy and BB has always taken care of my products if they stopped working. Reason I choose Best Buy.

I absolutely love my roomba, I have had a couple issues with it but Best Buy was able to replace it for me. The new one is great and I love how much it picks up and how smart it is.

It’s a good deal with toasters support. But on large item you should just get a protection plan that last more then two years. The exchange program is good but tricky for what item they replace it.
