    Protection is very useful to all bcz if anything happens with your product you will easily get changed and they do the damaged items fixed so it’s too much important

    I had a corded USB mouse that the end got crushed to the point where there was no fix. I brought it in and they gave me a gift card for its value.

    While I am happy to know my items are covered, I was very surprised to find out you had to pay a fee based on the item to get the item repaired, even with the warranty. My GE opal nugget ice machine went out, I had to send it off and pay $79.99 for them to repair it. And if it happens again after a week, I have to pay that again to have it fixed. I didn't know that each item has a fee as well.

    Love this product definitely has come in handy a few times. It may not seem worth it but with how things are made now a days not to last better to be safe than sorry
