I bought this thing for my son 15th BDAY's present. He loves it more than his steamdeck. The steamdeck is sitting in his closet collecting dust now.

It does a decent job with quick pick ups of dust bunnies. Moping is really just a quick wet wipe. I wouldn’t call it sanitized or like deep cleaned. But it’s decent for a quick daily maintenance clean. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for a deep clean from a robot. My cattle dogs hair puts the machine in a choke hold sometimes and I’ll need to flip the thing to pull out the hairball.

This Dyson is awesome! It’s great with dog hair and any other things and mess that can be on the floor.

I think anyone devise a product or Best Buy, and doesn’t put the warranty extended on it needs to be checked because if they have a little extra today asked for it’s worth every penny

The vacuum is amazing. Works really great. Empties on its own and the emptying bag lasts a good while. The attachments are great. The mop is different. It’s slow and the mop attachments are easy to wash. Not a lot of product comes out of it though. Wish the mop was a bit more heavy duty.

You’re doing yourself a disservice if you purchase an ADH warranty instead of getting Total. It pays for itself!

Of you purchase very many items at best buy, and you don't purchase this... Not wise is all I'll say
