I would give it a 2/5 instead of a 1/5 because the product is pretty grand, but the wait has ruined it for me. That being said, the buying experience was terrible. I had to drive 5 hours just to find a retailer. I called ahead and a representative said they were in stock which wasn’t true. I ordered them and even though I bought into it fairly early I still haven’t gotten it 3 months later. Meta is unresponsive about it, Best Buy hasn’t updated me, I don’t even remember how to use the product after I was required to learn how to use it before buying them. All the while people who went to other stores bought them in person/waited less than a quarter of the time I have. I doubt I’ll see it before the 30th.

Comforting to know that I have the backing of Best Buy Technicians to go to if something goes wrong. Would definitely recommend anyone making a purchase to get it.

Having the protection plan gives piece of mind, we purchase alot through bestbuy and having the protection plan is a must.
