Good protection for all my product. You should get it

This Roomba cleans better than any I’ve ever had. That said it disconnects from WiFi every couple weeks. Do not let it get stuck while you’re away from home. The battery will die and it disconnects. Sometimes it just stops cleaning and it’s disconnected. Requires a reboot and then setup from new all over again. Good news is it remembers its map. Bad news is it happens often. I’ll switch to Shark in the future, this is our fourth Roomba and the last two models have been very problematic.

This protection is well worth it! My laptop was running funky & the Geek Squad did what they do best!

I like having the extra security on my electronic equipment since it’s not made anywhere near how things used to be made. Now, I think they are designed to fail - whenever (a year from now or the day you buy it).

This has been a good experience so far! Automatic coverage on devices and better/freuqent discounts has been great.

When I give computers to my grandchildren as gifts for graduation, I like to know they will be protected and their machines will be repaired when necessary after they have gone off to college.
