Not what I was told

Bestbuy quickly replaced the robot, 1.5 years after the replacement, the robot broke again. I called Beatbuy and was told to take it to the store. I drove 1.5 hours to the store and was told that BesyBuy would send the robot to their repair center and if BestBuy could fix it, Best Buy would, if not i would be given store credit. I said great! Here is the robot, the tech at Best Buy than wanted $100.00. He said since the robot had been replaced before, that what the “service fee” to get rhe robot fixed.

Total Tech has many other benefits as well, like making tech returns a snap. Love it, So worth it.
