Geek Squad offers the absolute best protection plans. I know my devices are always covered for any accidental damage when I purchase these protection plans. I make sure to buy them on every product I purchase.

It does a decent job with quick pick ups of dust bunnies. Moping is really just a quick wet wipe. I wouldn’t call it sanitized or like deep cleaned. But it’s decent for a quick daily maintenance clean. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for a deep clean from a robot. My cattle dogs hair puts the machine in a choke hold sometimes and I’ll need to flip the thing to pull out the hairball.

It’s really nice. Does awesome job on my Luxury vinyl floor. I love the results. App is very user friendly. Having said that, you will have to choose between mopping and self empty bin, because they have different attachments. You also have to keep a check on water level while using mopping feature.

Always good to have some added protection for electronics. It's not if they will break it's when. Hope we don't need to use it but it's there if we need it.

Got this when I got my robot vacuum, it’s good to have in case the vacuum or any of your purchase electronics from Best Buy get faulty. I have not had any reason to use it yet.

This plan gives me confidence in the quality of products sold by Best Buy. I also have confidence they will stand behind products and services.

It worked fine over a year and half. After that started giving all sorts of trouble. It won’t brew and stops after 3 seconds. No error message or trouble shooting tips. Same with steam wand as well. It just doesn’t work. I did descaling, cleaned the steam wand, did factory reset nothing helped. Best Buy said it crossed two years of purchase so no warranty and asked to contact Breville directly. Now after spending close to $1000, it didn’t even serve for three years. Totally waste of Money. Many people on online were also talking about the same problem.
