You should always get some kind of back up warranty. Good for the long run if any thug was to happen

I pirchased a robot vacuum/mop and ot broke. Bestbuy quickly replaced the robot, 1.5 years after the replacement, the robot broke again. I called Beatbuy and was told to take it to the store. I drove 1.5 hours to the store and was told that BesyBuy would send the robot to their repair center and if BestBuy could fix it, Best Buy would, if not i would be given store credit. I said great! Here is the robot, the tech at Best Buy than wanted $100.00. He said since the robot had been replaced before, that what the “service fee” to get rhe robot fixed.

May work for some people, but for sure only get it when it is on sale. Pros: -simple to use if you only want default settings -quickly get your espresso within 1min start to finish -looks aesthetically pleasing Cons: -I had issues with the grinder jamming so I sent it back and got a new one. The issue still continues. (Kind of a simple fix, but only if you have a way to blow it out with compressed air. If u use liquid I’m afraid it’ll just make it worse because the grounds will start sticking to the side and clog easier) -In order to change setting u need wifi… this could be a really cool feature, using your phone to pin point exactly what u want in your espresso. Except the app doesn’t work. So pretty much useless For context I use this in my work lunch room where maybe a max of 5 people use it daily.

I have been a total tech member for 4 ro 5 years. It has saved me way more tthan it cost. Its a great deal.
