    Boug Jr this for the Roomba plus 505, called 800# fo service and was told it has to be brought into the store to be looked at. They set up the appt. When I arrived the appointment was an hour later, then was told they have to be sent out for service 2-6 weeks before it would return. Not one even troubleshoot offered. Ultimately it was just returned as an extenuating circumstance. Which they don’t typically do I was told. I’m not understanding the whole point to their plans anymore
