Sometimes you read negative reviews and they don't really tell you much. My wife has been wanting this for a long time and a $1000.00 is a big investment. We have a great working Nespresso machine. We bought this one and right off the bat, the coffee tasted very bitter. We tried every setting, different coffees and no improvement. My son, who worked four years at a Starbucks manager whike in college knows coffee. He usually just brews his own woth a cold press. He got on it. After 2 hours of trying everything he knew and trying advice from the internet. Nothing worked. We even opened up Nespresso pods and tried it with the proper ground filter setting and cup. It made that coffee bitter. Theu Best Buy salesman said that when the company rep comes, she makes coffee with it and it turns out ok. He said they could never reproduce what the rep does. I cleaned the machine up and returned it. If you love real bitter coffee, go for it. I promise you that if you are a real coffee person, you will notice the difference. If you can drink Sanka or Folgers coffee, you wont care. We even used the Americana and a few other settings, following the instructions to the T and guess what? Bitter. Its on you now!!

Beautiful machine but battery life kinda takes the whole 'portability' of it all. Windows more or less ruins this system when it comes to stability. Just another example of Windows 10's superiority over 11. ASUS has some issues here as well, especially when it comes to Cloud Recovery. Upgrading the SSD is 1-2-3 but expecting cloud recovery to do what its supposed to do is like winning the lottery. Doesnt work, then opts to attempt recovery thru a 'China-based server' then fails that too. Over and over and over again. Theres a different method to recover Windows but its truly inconvenient. Youtube will show you the way. Maybe things willbe smoother in updates to come or maybe we'll have to wait for the Ally 2.

Unsure about how it works. What I can say is that in the past I overlooked the total tech renewal plan and all the extended warranties were canceled and there was nothing I could do. Purchased again

The vacuum cleaner works well, but the ground clearance between the mop pads and floor is too low, causing the mop attachment to pull and misplace the kitchen and bathroom rugs. After vacuuming, you often have to reposition all the rugs. Additionally, the app is quite confusing to navigate. Otherwise, it is a good vacuum cleaner

Mines got stolen and Best Buy won’t replace them. They got stolen in Ohio

The watch has been superb. The only issue is that flashlight has not been work until I restart watch.

Hit or miss. if you purchase a dud, then great. if your product works like its supposed to, you wasted your money.

Great when it works This product was amazing for the first 3 months. The Best Buy rep informed us that this would be a great option for a robot vacuum with pets. This was great till the 3 month mark after that I kept taking the vacuum apart every week which got super annoying. We traded it in afterwards because all the issues.

Awesome for drone, not sure about other products..
