    Pretty self-explanatory, but you’ll probably do better purchasing total tech. With total tech, it covers any item you purchase from the Best Buy franchise as long as you pay annually ($200).

    The plan does less and less every year. Buy something then your told that's not included anymore.

    Definitely worth the upgrade. More compact and lightweight with a ton of new features. My favorite new feature is the built-in preamp that eliminates the need of having to buy an external preamp like a Cloudlifter. It also has a preset for the Shure SM7B microphone, making it virtually plug and play. If you're a content creator grab one, it will take your game to the next level.

    Very slow and unreliable. It spends hours cleaning a simple area. Mapping does not work. It gets stuck all the time.

    Great warranty options and backup plans in case anything goes wrong. I think the cost per month should be cheaper if you're paying a membership fee as well.

    Not worth it!! For the price of this item I would’ve expected more. The suction just really doesn’t cut it. Sometimes I would have to pass multiple times to get it to pick up. I still found myself sweeping when I was trying to get away from having to do that. I was having to put on highest setting to get ok pick up and then the battery would die within 10 minutes. I will be returning this product.

    This is by far the worst vacuum we have ever owned. We have a 1700 sq foot house, 2/3’s is carpet and 1/3 is hardwood. The catch for dirt is so small, we have to empty it 5 to 6 times. If you don’t, it won’t empty properly. When it empties incorrectly, the auto door that empty’s the dirt will stay open so when you take it off the tower, thinking it is empty and ready to go, dirt spills everywhere! The batteries, even with 2 of them, they can barely do the whole house. I would NEVER buy this again or recommend it to anyone.

    the item was great but the bestbuy service is not. The drone was crash and it has the protection plan. I returned this item to get a new one but they charged me for another tax so I decided to take it back and bring it to another bestbuy store where I know somebody that works for them. Upon checking the item is still on return. I was told to wait 4 days to make it clear and still the same. I came back and was told to wait 10 days and the same. I came backon 11th day and they told me they just submitted it 3 days ago and I have to wait for another 7 days and weekend is not a business days but they are open the whole week. Not a good service at all. I was told to give ke a message or text but nothing until now. it's already almost a month and nothing changed. Worst service ever and they act too slow just to clear the return detail.

    Don’t honor the plan at all divice malfunction I was told to send it back through ups once they receive notice I returned item they cancel my next day delivery and told me I can only receive a refund not my Dyson telling me it’s a glitch in their system and they can’t process the replacement only the refund customer service team act like robots can’t give you information to talk to a supervisor they can barely speak English evidently don’t understand it because when asked a question they repeat the same answer over and over again bestbuy is a great disappointment will end doing business with this company

    Not impressed. 512gb is not enough space for the price. It’s honestly not that fast. Constantly having to update the software, which takes forever. And the micro SD slot never worked. Wish I bought a steam deck

    Haven't used the protection plan from best buy yet but I'm curious on the process. The protection depends on the item.

    Not worth the cost. I only used it a couple of times and mostly for the large appliance purchase for our kitchen. The provided installers did a poor job and appliance had to be reinstalled. I then removed the remaining installations for remaining kitchen appliances due to poor job quality. Delivery guys were great!

    With i phone, you must open the app every time and reconnect, Also FYI, If you lose it, you can't track it like the apple ones.

    Thought Dyson had a reputation for being a great company with great products. I just can't believe this product is leaking water and above this has warped my wooden floor. I call support, the messages are quite confusing, so I chose the engineer, they saw the product on the video, tried to troublehoot, they don't know the product well enough to troubleshoot either. Called the second day, same issues, then they gave me a number to call the local repair shop, goes into customer service again. Support tried to call the repair shop in NJ, at 2pm they are already closed for the day and operate only 3 days a week. I have started telling my associates to stay away from Dyson Products. Not worth it!!
