Common issues with pump failure. STAY AWAY.

Do your research. This is a COMMON problem with this series of machine. Dyson support would not send me a replacement part without charging $129. I can get an entire humidifier for that. A thousand dollar waste this machine was. Stay away.

Don’t waste your money.

I contacted the manufacturer and send them the video explain it to them whats wrong. They told me to do the hard reset and still the same.

Avoid and save your money!

Its battery life has gotten worse and worse. It constantly clogs. It doesn’t empty fully and then will start spitting dirt out the sides as it goes back to work. For the price of almost $900, I wish I would have just bought two or three cheaper vacs so at least I didn’t feel stupid for wasting so much money.

It constantly gives different errors, making it unreliable. The mop feature is especially disappointing and does not perform as expected. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against buying this product. Save yourself the frustration!”

Even if it worked the small amount of ice it makes isn't worth the super high price tag - not a very quality machine, could find something similar on Amazon for 1/15th the price of this one

Make sure item is covered before purchase

I was given the run around and ultimately the only option is to return the bike to the manufacturer (who is out of the country and difficult to return) in store will not help.

Major reliability issues!

Over priced and poorly designed product

The robot fails to operate very frequently. two units have been replaced by the manufacturer and the 3rd is on its way. Customer service is sporadic, they dont understand the issue right off - long waits and then if you are lucky to speak to someone, the diagnosis is not accurate. The mapping software and UI leaves far to be desired. Best Buy Total Tech membership is an utter waste in this case. The ask you to bring it to the store for in house repair and they dont understand that it is not an issue you can reproduce in the store.

Bad service

Never buy its a waste of money

Do Not Buy

Most are experiencing overheating (and ultimate death) of their SD cards, but I and others are also experiencing a situation where the reader itself dies. Even with a Best Buy Total subscription, BB refuses to replace the defective item, instead requiring the same RMA process (ship it off and wait 2–3 weeks) offered by the basic warranty. Considering the competition, you're much better off choosing a different gaming handheld. Stay away from this one.

It's a trap

Now that I am well and truly done with Best Buy after a year of them not shipping things, shipping items missing components, shipping a $700 lens instead of the $1800 camera I ordered, telling me the reward code I just redeemed is invalid, and adding restocking fees to everything- I can't get rid of this stupid total tech without losing apple care on everything I've bought with it.
