Absolute trash. Rarely used this thing and am getting a pump failure. Do your research. This is a COMMON problem with this series of machine. Dyson support would not send me a replacement part without charging $129. I can get an entire humidifier for that. A thousand dollar waste this machine was. Stay away.

After 1 1/2 year using it, doesn’t work anymore. I contacted the manufacturer and send them the video explain it to them whats wrong. They told me to do the hard reset and still the same.

I was hopeful for a good Roomba replacement. This was NOT it. Its battery life has gotten worse and worse. It constantly clogs. It doesn’t empty fully and then will start spitting dirt out the sides as it goes back to work. For the price of almost $900, I wish I would have just bought two or three cheaper vacs so at least I didn’t feel stupid for wasting so much money.

Terrible to contact and to work with. OUT OF COUNTRY CALL CENTERS ARE NO GOOD.

Stopped working after less than 24 hours, tried every troubleshooting thing possible with no luck - also leaks like crazy! Even if it worked the small amount of ice it makes isn't worth the super high price tag - not a very quality machine, could find something similar on Amazon for 1/15th the price of this one

Did not provide assistance for electrical bike. I was given the run around and ultimately the only option is to return the bike to the manufacturer (who is out of the country and difficult to return) in store will not help.

This is the second one. First one was dead out of the box. This one worked beautifully, three times. I wanted to love it, but the reliability of this thing is a joke. Returning.

This is the worst purchase ever. The robot fails to operate very frequently. two units have been replaced by the manufacturer and the 3rd is on its way. Customer service is sporadic, they dont understand the issue right off - long waits and then if you are lucky to speak to someone, the diagnosis is not accurate. The mapping software and UI leaves far to be desired. Best Buy Total Tech membership is an utter waste in this case. The ask you to bring it to the store for in house repair and they dont understand that it is not an issue you can reproduce in the store.

Bad service we have been with the ecovacs for 10 months and we have not been able to solve the problem the machine works for 3 months and then it starts to fail they have sent us another new warranty and the same thing happened to it

Not no as if only it will stay connected to remote I looses gps signal too fast

I have BB protection on all my devices. Electronics are eventually going to have problems. This is the most inexpensive way to protect your equipment.

Do not purchase this its a waste of your time and money especially when its an exspensive item they will kill you on repairs and how long they take to do it in is horrible, on top of that they lie to you about if they will give you a new replacement or fixing it !

Do not buy this handheld. Most are experiencing overheating (and ultimate death) of their SD cards, but I and others are also experiencing a situation where the reader itself dies. Even with a Best Buy Total subscription, BB refuses to replace the defective item, instead requiring the same RMA process (ship it off and wait 2–3 weeks) offered by the basic warranty. Considering the competition, you're much better off choosing a different gaming handheld. Stay away from this one.

Have great quality prote tion so never have worries for my items that i pur hase at bestbuy always feel ensured that my devices are protected.

A cheap protection plan sounds great right? Well you're stuck with it. Now that I am well and truly done with Best Buy after a year of them not shipping things, shipping items missing components, shipping a $700 lens instead of the $1800 camera I ordered, telling me the reward code I just redeemed is invalid, and adding restocking fees to everything- I can't get rid of this stupid total tech without losing apple care on everything I've bought with it.
