Best Buy may have good stuff, however the problem is the geek squad. Never in my life have I paid for install and had it go wrong over and over... Until now!!! Thank you geek squad for hooking me up with pure dissatisfaction and service who's only equal is an awake enema.

The cycles are seeming to base weather you use recording and pictures with flight time

This thing is garbage for the price. There are constantly issues and malfunction messages for no reason. It takes forever to clean and does not go near anything so there’s 6inches from everything they are missed. Stupid unit.

Soooo I was pressured to by this. And within the delivery situations that came along with the purchase. All the issues that came with the delivery.. I was thanked every time for being a total tech support member. But I was still, having issues on EACH delivery..

Waste of money since Best Buy will do nothing for a product under manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties are a pain which is why i buy a Best Buy warranty but they are just as bad now.

Best Buy fraudulently cancelled my protection. They admitted someone made a mistake in cancelling my warranty, but informed me that there was nothing they could do to help.

Controller edges are too square it cuts into your hands and can be painful after short sessions. Compatibility issues with many games takes work at times to play.

Program change for returns has added fees for returns past 60 days and requires inefficient and time consuming processes as well as additional fees from original program. Very disappointing

The tier 2 tech support did not help me with my wireless connection problem. My printer would not connect to my new 5G router. He was hard to understand. He had me connect my printer with a cable to my computer, printed a test page and said he had resolved my problem.

Got beat buy total Because of timing they won't repair my 3000 desktop I just bought from them. They suck for that

I purchased a year membership which says you get two years of protection for my dji mini 2 that I bought here at Best Buy and only recived one year of protection instead of two.

If you have think fine hair I would not recommend. If your using this for hair blowout look this is for you but if your looking for that loose wavy curl I wouldn’t suggest purchasing this . I’d stick with your regular curling iron

Doesn’t cover accidents on monitors. You find out afterwards. Disappointing and misleading.
