Great when it worked but then got multiple errors codes like error 31

Protection for my stuff. Is it worth it, we will see.

Not worth the money. Returned it as it doesn’t clean near the edges

Worst experience ever. Took in a drone less than a year old with a non working remote - drone was flawless. Instead of fixing it per the warranty, they took it back and refunded me to a gift card so I could 'buy a new one'. They don't have any in stock and have no date to plan to get more in, so I'm out a drone - that I used for my business. I will never ever buy warranty thru best buy again.

The worst camera system I've ever owned. Great quality video, but that's about the only good thing. Constantly will tell you that you're not connected to the internet. Then in order to fix the issue you have to go through the process of saying you forgot password, just to log into some basic admin account. Then reconnect your internet and then resign in. Then it will tell you that your hard drive is not installed... after fixing that it will then again tell.you you are not connected to the internet. Endless loop. Been on the phone and chat woth tech support from night owl numerous times. They just keep running you through a process to temporarily bandaid the situation with no actual fix. Will be returning this garbage system and going back to my Blink Camera's

If you were trying to decide between this and an iRobot combo mop/vac SKIP BOTH! Stick with your old vacuum and buy the mop separately! I wish I had listened to other people who had posted this. But I didn’t. Now I’m out of my return window- I was trying to give it a chance. But I wish I had returned it. And went back to my old vacuum and just bought the mop like others had said. It’s also very expensive for something that doesn’t work very good.

Was a nice drone until to fly to restricted area!! you cant fly freely over a restricted area such like Airport ( I do understand ) you need to have a permit and license in order to fly under restricted area otherwise is a waste of money

I wish I wouldn’t have purchased it. I think it was unnecessary for the drone I purchased because of the 360 degree sensors. But its nice to have in case.

Tried it for 1 week, as I was hoping mapping would improve while using it. It takes over 5 hours to finish a 1000 sq/ft job (2 recharging breaks) that a S7maxvUltra takes about 1 hour and a half without any recharging stop. The motor is quiet and nice and it cleans well but the navigation ruins this top of the line product. This Robot had all the feature i wanted however the terrible navigation makes it impossible to use unless you are ok having it vacuuming the entire day. At this point i hope IRobot will soon implement LIDAR.

Haven’t had to use this claim. But I purchased this to cover my dji avata drone.

I was told in the store the warranty could be extended after the two years that total protect covered my new appliances but after reading the warranty I found out my appliances will only be covered for two years. After two years my appliances wouldn’t be covered. Total disappointment.

I had a few different robot vacuums and all of them performed better than jetbot and where a lot cheaper, our jetbot broke 5 months after the purchase, spent over 1k for something that lasted a few months

After less then 1 year the water pump doesn't appear to work and only the vacuum works. The app is insanely slow and unbelievably ads will just pop up and make navigation cumbersome.

Not worth it. Just a title. More work than it is worth trying to get anything resolved.

You can't use it for the first 24 hours if your item is delivered because the total tech team can't change it from pending to active status over the phone.

Not the best of product , the basic versions is better the moping feature is worthless .

Excited to use this product. SONY camera and the lenses are the best
